Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Muffins

June 23, 2016

Over the past few weeks, we have been testing out some new snack recipes and we will be sharing our favourites via the next few blog posts!

These Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Muffins are so simple to make with just FIVE INGREDIENTS and is perfect for making ahead as part of your meal prep, freezer friendly, pop in a snack bag for a quick snack during your work day or take with you in the car for a snack on-the-go.

If you love cinnamon just as much as we do, then this recipe is a must try!

Here is the recipe for these delicious Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Muffins via Olives n Wine:

2 ripe bananas

1/3 cup of peanut butter (we used KRAFT All Natural Peanut Butter)

1 tbsp of cinnamon

2 cups of oatmeal (we used Bob’s Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line your muffin pan. We use re-usable muffin cups from IKEA.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the cinnamon, oats, peanut butter and gently mix in the raisins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are slightly browned. Allow them to cool for a few minutes.

These are so delicious and combine a muffin + cookie all in one - enjoy!
