My Monthly Themes List for Pre-K to Kindergarten!

August 28, 2015

When planning your Curriculum for your homeschool, daycare or classroom it is great to have a list of some basic monthly themes. As you go throughout your school year, you can add on themes depending on the childrens interests and there are many great theme ideas online! You will also accumulate materials that you can re-use add onto from week to week and year to year.

Our monthy theme ideas list for the daycare has grown and we have added many theme ideas to it. I will be expanding on these themes and resources in future posts, stay tuned! Today, I will be sharing my Monthly Themes guide list which I use along with Montessori-based activities for ages 2.5 - 6. It is great to incorporate a theme into a Math, Language and Cultural activity. Check out your local Discount Store for some inexpensive activity items, trays and containers.
